Quality is expressend through several characteristics:

- Respect of deadlines : EURO ACACIA disposes of sufficient stocks to buffer any delays that may be caused by delivery or productions hazards. We affect a substantial part of our resources to continually increase these stocks and we commit ourselves to refund up to two times the applicable legal interest rate if we were not to respect agreed upon deadlines. - Respect of the prices : whatever the evolution of the courses of wood, currencies and gas-oil, we commit ourselves to not modify our prices negotiated upon order.

- Respect of delivery requirements : except for bad weather or impracticable access, we deliver to the field.

- Respect of quality : all our stakes are exclusively made of locust wood. For markers whitewood is tolerated as a trace but bark is prohibited. If, despite everything, there remained traces or whitewood over more than 1mm, we commit ourselves to deduce two markers for each defective one on the overall bill.

- Respect of the environment : we prohibit the "wild" cuts and make sure that exploited areas are replenished. We do not carry out chemical treatment of wood.

- Respect of the procedures : for any order, we send a confirmation including all the parameters which will have to be returned to us signed... Completely safe. No more surprises!
